At AD2 Consulting Inc, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services, training programs, and digital products that empower entrepreneurs and business professionals to succeed. Due to the nature of our offerings, we have established the following refund policy to ensure transparency and alignment with industry standards.
1. No Refund Policy – Digital and Service-Based Products
All sales of digital products, virtual services, and consulting programs are final. AD2 Consulting Inc does not offer refunds for:
- Business consulting sessions (virtual or otherwise)
- Digital downloads (templates, workbooks, guides, toolkits, etc.)
- Online courses (self-paced or instructor-led)
- Webinars and masterclasses (live or on-demand)
- Memberships and training programs
- Strategy calls or coaching packages
Once payment is processed, access to proprietary materials, intellectual property, and/or time-sensitive consulting is immediately granted or scheduled. Because these products are either downloadable or delivered virtually, there is no mechanism for return, and therefore no eligibility for a refund.
2. Program Commitment Policy
By purchasing a course, training, or consulting package, you are committing to the full duration and terms of the program. AD2 Consulting Inc does not prorate, refund, or cancel fees for partially completed services or unused sessions.

3. Duplicate Payments or Transaction Errors
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate transactions), please contact our team within 7 days of the charge at info@ad2consulting.com. We will investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies accordingly.
4. Cancellation Policy (If Applicable)
Scheduled strategy or coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule credit.
5. Exceptions
Refund exceptions may be considered only in cases of technical errors or duplicate charges as outlined above. We do not offer refunds based on:
- Change of mind
- Lack of usage or engagement
- Failure to attend live sessions or complete course content
- Dissatisfaction with results (as outcomes depend on client participation and implementation)
